Does it Pencil Course 2 – The Advanced Course / 5.0 Clock Hours
This course will teach you the third pillar of Does it Pencil: how to measure the combination of appreciation and cash flow. Course 2 covers Basic Cap Rate, Advanced Cap Rate, how to solve for future loan payoff, how to solve for Pre-Tax Sales Proceeds, how to build a T-Account, how to enter cash flows, how to solve for Pre-Tax Internal Rate of Return, and eligibility for the Certified Real Estate Analyst (CREA) exam.

This course teaches the tax implications of real estate investment in the Does it Pencil framework.
